CONTEXT
Berkeley Innovation is UC Berkeley's premier student-run design organization founded in 2003. As Marketing Director, I owned the visual and strategic output for each semester's brand refresh and integrated marketing campaign — spanning recruitment, project launches, and community engagement across digital and print touchpoints.

CHALLENGE
An audit of previous campaigns revealed two recurring gaps.
During recruitment, content focused on the opportunity but not the work itself, giving prospective members little clarity on what joining actually meant.
Post-recruitment, messaging dropped off almost entirely — leaving no sustained presence to build visibility or reinforce the club's identity throughout the semester.
The refresh needed to fix both: recruitment content that led with transparency and a consistent voice that could carry across the semester.
DELIVERABLES
Our team delivered a variety of both physical and digital assets. Print deliverables included flyers and branded merchandise and stickers. Digitally, assets were produced for Instagram across posts, stories, and reels, alongside Slack and Google Form banners, and website assets.
